Accessibility of Published Communications and Information

Progi is committed to meeting the communication needs of people with disabilities by providing accessible formats and communication aids as needed. This includes public information about our products, services, facilities, and emergency response.

Accessibility of Our Digital Platforms

Guidelines were developed for web content accessibility (WCAG) to help guide digital developers. Progi aims the application of the WCAG 2.1 AA standard within their digital products.

Many of our solutions were examined and optimized according to the guidelines. Further optimizations will be required for certain of our products. To this end, the improvement efforts continue on.

Accessibility and Employment

Staff Training

Progi is committed to training its staff on Quebec’s accessibility legislation and the provisions of the Quebec Human Rights Code that apply to people with disabilities. Training will be provided in a manner best suited to the duties of employees, volunteers, and other staff members.

Employment

Progi will advise the public and staff that accommodations will be made available upon request for people with disabilities as part of the recruitment, assessment, and hiring processes. Progi will also provide individualized information on emergency response to team members with disabilities. We will consider the accessibility needs of employees with disabilities in performance management, career development, and redeployment processes.
