During a recent visit to Recycleur Duvernay, a well-established automotive recycler on Montreal’s North Shore, Progi analysts were able to observe a recycler’s entire business process.
The purpose of the visit was to understand the customer journey, from vehicle purchase to inventory management and parts sales, in order to identify opportunities to improve the solutions:
- ProgiPix (damaged vehicles auction)
- ProgiPac (yard management system)
- ProgiParts (auto parts sales platform)
This is one of many initiatives Progi has put in place to listen to recyclers and integrate innovations that meet their needs for nearly 35 years now.
