From now, the “Insurer” field in the AOS Vision software will only list insurers having an agreement with the network (ex. Intact Insurance, SSQauto, AXA, etc.), in addition to “garage” files.
When working on a file for another insurer, please select “Dossier Garage File” at the “Insurer” field. This will indicate that the file is processed by the shop only and is not subject to an agreement within AOS Vision. In this case, no limitation will be applied to the choice of parts, transactions, etc.
