Programmer
Skills:

The programmer will have to develop software, ensure the maintenance of existing programs, identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions, prepare reports, guides and other docutments, analyze and documents user needs and assist in developping logical and technical specifications.

The support agent will learn the workings of our software, he will have to answer information requests from users, give required training to clients and internal users as well as technical support.
Web service development agent
Skills:
- Bilingual
- DEC or BAC in an appropriate field
- 2-3 years of experience in web analytics
- Very good knowledge of tools such as Google analytics, Coremetrics etc.
- Knowledge of search engines and SEO/SEM trends
- PHP knowledge
The web service development agent will have to define performance indicators according to objectifs, set up web analytics tools, handle operations related to the marketing of a website (SEO, ad placement, purchase of keywords). He will participate in research and development of applications and services.
