- Simplified View of Your Files
- We have simplified the presentation of your recent files to provide a more user-friendly experience. All your files are now in the same Files tab. You will also notice the presence of filters that allow you to show the parts according to their status (BO or not ordered, for example). In addition, the client's name and the vehicle to be repaired now appear in the same column, allowing you to see the profile associated with the file.
- Integration With the Mitchell Estimating System
- Good news for those who use the Mitchell estimating system. Progi is proud to announce that as of May 2023, it will be possible to create a ProgiParts file with a single click in Mitchell. Then, with a few more clicks, you will then be able to update your estimate with your part choices. ๐ช
Please note that the insurer must have registered for the integration for it to be available.

- Performance Improvements
- You will notice that your ProgiParts software now opens significantly faster. Your recent files will load faster allowing you to start your daily operations in a timelier manner. ๐ฅ
- Instant Messaging
- A new communication system has been implemented so you can communicate with most of your suppliers via chat. Look for the bell in the top right corner and the red dots notifying you of any unread messages. ๐ฌ
- Improved Installation Process
- The installation process has been reviewed and improved to provide a better user experience when running a software update. ๐ฌ

- Since version 6.2.8, it is possible to order parts more quickly when enough quotes have been received. From now on, you can also quickly order the parts suggested by your suppliers. โ๏ธ

- By summer 2021, Progi will move all collision shop and appraiser users to its new single sign-on (SSO) platform to improve security and customer experience. ๐ก๏ธ
- Chromium Engine Replaces Internet Explorer
- Like many of the other programs you use, ProgiParts is gradually transiting to the web. To provide a better experience with more modern technologies such as HTML5 and JavaScript, the engine for displaying web pages has moved to Chromium (the engine behind the popular Chrome browser). With Microsoft no longer offering support for Internet Explorer 11, this is an important under-the-hood update that will allow ProgiParts to move forward and continue to offer you new features in the future. ๐

- Estimate Files Created Instantly
- Thanks to ProgiAssistant, your estimate files will be imported instantly, with no action required on your part, which will save you time. ๐ This feature will be implemented progressively during the upcoming months. Contact your Progi representative for more information. ๐

Version 6.2.1 September 2018
- Mandatory Photos for Labour Credit
- Every user asking for a labour credit will be required to attach a photo of the part. This will facilitate the recyclersโ process and ease the communication between the parties.
- Connection Issues Resolved
- Some collision shop users experienced intermittent connection issues resulting in application crashes. Our development team worked really hard to help solve these issues and to make ProgiParts a more reliable and stable platform for our collision shop users.
