Shops suscribing to this service can now use most of ProgiLog’s features directly from their mobile phone. This version will be especially useful when updating repair steps, which the repairer can accomplish more easily directly from the shop floor. It is also possible to add pictures snapped on-the-spot using the phone’s camera.
Over on the client’s repair file, notifications were added at the top of the page: red markers now let the client know what is new since his last visit. For example: if three pictures were added, the number “3” appears in a red circle next to the “Pictures” link. This clue will help focus the client’s attention on recent changes.
