Skills: Diploma in bureautics, administration or related field, or pertinent experience; bilingual; care for customer service; aptitude with computers; resourceful; people skills; likes teamwork; leadership.
The customer service agent will receive and transfer calls, offer support to clients on our digital solutions, manage emails and fax, create, follow up and update files.
Supervisor of customer service (except financial services)
Skills: Certificate in management; bilingual; leadership; care for customer service; aptitude with computers; resourceful; people skills; likes teamwork.
Tasks: Coordonnate and assign work for the customer service agents. Establish schedules, work procedures, and coordonate activities. Follow up on communications between departments. Resolve problem related to work, control services offered by clerks and agents, prepare and submit reports. Ensure the smooth working of digital systems and equipment. Accomplish, if needed, the same tasks as supervised employees.
