The customer service agent will receive and transfer calls, offer support to clients on our digital solutions, manage emails and fax, create, follow up and update files.

Programmer
Skills: College or university diploma in computer science; PHP, SQL, JavaScript an asset; Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS; Versatile; Likes teamwork; Bilingual an asset.
The programmer will have to develop software, ensure the maintenance of existing programs, identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions, prepare reports, guides and other documents, analyze and document user needs and assist in developping logical and technical specifications.
