Quebec consumers wishing to rid themselves of an old and polluting vehicle can now call “Progi-Ciel”. Offered by Progipac in collaboration with ARPAC, Progi-Ciel will contribute to reducing the number of aged vehicles on the roads, thus diminishing air pollution and residual materials.
