- 3,914 hours spent on the phone by the customer service team at your service.
A total of 104,427 calls were registered, averaging 2 mins. 15 secs. each. - 56,387 emails sent to inform you of news, updates, etc.
- 935 live and 652 webinar training attendees at a session held by a Progi representative.
Attendants included collision shops, claims adjusters and parts suppliers.
Progi Solutions 
- 2,416,683 parts queried on ProgiParts.
- 40,556 appointments booked on ProgiSync.
- 28,073 vehicles sold on ProgiPix.
Past and Future 
- 21,747,090,959 km is the total distance travelled by the vehicles we processed on ProgiParts and ProgiPix...
That's 3,7 times the travelling distance between the Sun and Pluto! - 44 training activities whether classes, learning conferences or workshops attended by team members.
- 3 new products to come currently in R & D (research and development).
Development 
- 2,534 development requests received by the development team within the year.
This includes new features to add, issues to fix and tweaks requested for all Progi solutions. - 2,566 developments completed within the year.
- 9,880 caffeinated beverages consumed by the development team.
This is distributed as follows: 1,560 energy drinks, 780 soda cans and 7,540 cups of coffee.
Growing up 
- 2,410 new users for all Progi solutions. Welcome!
- 9 new employees joined us. The team increased by 31%!
- 1,660 square feet added to our main office.
That's life 
- 9 victories for the Progi softball team. That's 9 more than last year!
- 22 costumed hooligans at the office on Halloween.
- 6 teammate children graduated
1 from elementary school, 3 from high school and 2 from college.
There was also one Progi teammate himself who graduated! - 1 new baby!
