ProgiParts - Version 4.2.4 Juin 2016
- Parts added by the supplier now appear in the software
+ Possibility to request a credit for these parts
Parts added by the supplier on the invoice are now displayed in the software. So it is possible that you see certain parts appear in the file after ordering; some of these parts could have a description a little different than others.
This also enables you to request a credit for these parts, since they will be listed in the software.

ProgiParts - Version 4.1.5 January 2015
- One-stop-shop: Credits added to files without an insurer agreement
- In the case of files without an insurer agreement, with direct invoicing between the shop and supplier, it is now possible to add credits to these files.
- An availability delay may be specified for recycled parts
- Recyclers can now enter the number of days after which a part will be available. For example, they can indicate that a part will be available 3 days after the order. This makes it possible to account for the time spent preparing the parts still attached to the vehicle, or other similar circumstances.
- Certain OEM parts not included in the confirmation request
- Certain OEM parts, identified by their name, will not be added automatically to the confirmation request. For exemple, the item "Windshield washer" or "Anti-rust", added by the collision shop when preparing the estimate, will not be submitted to the dealer.
It is still possible to include them by activating the appropriate checkbox, but they will not be initially included.
- Improvements to the importation of supplements
- Certain improvements were made to the importation of supplements.
- Time out delay may be configured
- It is now possible to set a longer time out delay, to correct certain problems with connection to the server.

Competitive prices will be marked by a red label icon on the order screen.
Access link to ProgiSync
- The main menu now features an easy access link to ProgiSync, Progi's new estimate appointment management solution. This link only appears for shops with an active ProgiSync account.
- Suggested time for end of confirmation period
- The time suggested for the end of the confirmation period is now subject to guidelines by the insurer. In general, a shorter confirmation period will be suggested.
ProgiParts - Version 4.1.0 September 2013
- Recycled parts: Questions reduced according to specifications already entered
- When you select a specification for a recycled part, specification options for other recycled parts will be limited according to the specification already entered. For example, if you choose "SEDAN" for the first part, choices offered for other parts will be limited to "SEDAN" when possible -- it is even possible that the selection will be done automatically if only one option contains "SEDAN".
- The parts pre-selected according to specifications are preceded by a green checkmark. This pre-selection is automatically done by Progi. You can still change the selection if needed.

- Aftermarket parts: Only available parts will be listed!
- Starting now, only available parts will appear on the order list. B.O. parts will no longer be listed when a part is available.

- Possibility to order before the end of the bidding period: lighter rules
-
Rules restricting the possibility to order before the end of the confirmation period were lightened. You should notice more occasions where it is possible to order before the end of the bidding period, according to the number of suppliers who sent back their answer.
- Suppliers' opening hours
- The confirmation request will take into account the opening hours entered by your suppliers. For example, if all the suppliers involved in the confirmation request indicated they were open during lunch hour, your request can be processed during that time.
Select all OEM (or aftermarket) parts in 1 click
- On the order screen, you can now check all the OEM (or aftermarket body) parts in 1 click, by using the checkbox above the OEM (or aftermarket) column.
This only works for files where there is only one OEM (or aftermarket) supplier, however.

V.I.N. decoding:
fewer questions to answer

Decoding the vehicle's serial number will allow better identification of certain parts. The software will attempt to make this choice automatically. You will also have access to the decoded VIN by hovering over the "(details)" link in the file's title bar.
- Automatic part selection
-
The number of parts requiring a specification should be reduced, as the software will attempt to make these decisions automatically when possible (e.g. the specification for a part chosen in the recycled section will be applied to the equivalent part in the aftermarket section).
Specifications selected automatically by the system will be identified by a green checkmark; they can be corrected as needed.

- File without parts
-
It is now possible to create a file that does not include any part. This allows shops to get a ProgiParts file number they can supply to the insurer, even when the repair does not require parts that can be acquired through ProgiParts.
- "Confirmations" section renamed "Availability" on the file's left-side menu
-
The "Confirmations" section of the left menu is now named "Availability". It still houses the "Confirmations" menu-item.

- Mouse-wheel scrolling
-
You can now use your mouse wheel to scroll down many of the software's tables and screens.
