The answer: March 2020.<\/p>\n<p>We took our document and calmly applied our contingency plan, aligning its measures to those recommended by the government of Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Goal number\u00a01: Prevent the spread of the virus.<\/li>\n<li>Goal number\u00a02: Maintain Progi\u2019s productivity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Here are the general measures taken by our team. I am convinced that many of you are in the same situation and will understand the limits affecting our daily work.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Our whole team is working from home (teleworking).<\/li>\n<li>We are cancelling physical meetings and will carry them through video conference or by phone.<\/li>\n<li>Special measures apply to our few team members who must be physically present at the office. Our premises are sanitized three times a day. Hygienic and behavioural measures are applied, and we have provided these employees with extra personal hygiene products.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/progi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/diane-chaine-profil.jpg\"><img class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-9591\" src=\"https:\/\/progi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/diane-chaine-profil-281x300.jpg\" alt=\"Diane Cha\u00een\u00e9, Progi CEO\" width=\"281\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/progi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/diane-chaine-profil-200x214.jpg 200w, https:\/\/progi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/diane-chaine-profil.jpg 281w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 281px) 100vw, 281px\" \/><\/a>Things are working well so far. We will soon communicate the details of our contingency plan to our clients who use some of our solutions.<\/p>\n<p>I wish to thank my team for its collaboration and efficiency.
