Integrated follow-up

After the appointment, you can enter a follow-up (e.g. 'met with insured' or 'insured did not show up'). You can also enter the date of the next appointment, if it was set (e.g. repair appointment, in the case of an auto collision shop's initial estimate appointment, or repeat appointment).

The claim representative can view this follow-up online, without having to call you.
