Registration Process

First, you need to select the best plan for your business needs (see Account types). This choice is mainly based on:

• The business type — dealer, or auto recycler.
• The purchase volume, i.e., the bidding limit.
• The annual subscription fees.
• Multiple user access (multiple accounts).

You will need to provide the following information on the online registration form:

• Type of account (see Account types).
• Information on the company manager.
• Identification and contact information for the organization
• Proof of licence to operate among the following:
  • Road vehicle recycler’s licence.
  • Road vehicle dealer’s licence.
  • Business Registry registration.
• Provincial and federal tax registration numbers.
• Reference from a recycler, if applicable.
• Need for transportation service, per province.
• Buyer profile, i.e., vehicle purchasing volume and frequency.

1. Entreprise and Premium accounts: you will need to provide a document as proof of your operating licence.
2. Premium accounts only: we ask that you fill out and return the credit investigation consent form. This is to ensure your credit worthiness in the event of bids reaching the expected maximum.
3. Auto recycler accounts: If you are a recycler, our staff will communicate with you.

Once our team has received all your information, we will email you the annual subscription fee invoice. You can make the payment through your banking institution.

Transfers must be made at institutions operating in Canada such as:

• National Bank of Canada
• Caisses Desjardins
