Francine Dupont, president

Francine Dupont has been one of Progi-Pac's shareholders and manager since the company's creation in 1990. Her experience in administration and accounting as well as her past experience working in an auto recycling business, make her very qualified to understand her clients' needs.

François Paprosky, chief programmer

François Paprosky has been one of Progi-Pac's shareholders since the company's creation in 1990 and is our senior programmer. He is the one who developed - and still continues to improve - the Progi-Pac software, which was created to deal with the management of the auto recycling business.

Larry Massicotte, Phauto-Pak manager

Larry Massicotte is Phauto-Pak's manager, Progi-Pac's sister company. He is also involved in Progi-Pac's activities. He brings to the business his knowledge of automobile mechanics as well as hands on experience in the industry, through his work in auto recycling centers and car dealerships.

Technical Service

Mathieu Godon, repairs and programming

Mathieu Godon has been with the company since 1998. He does a little of everything in the business: while handling some programming projects, he's regularly on the road, taking care of modifications and repairs at our clients' businesses. He is also the network administrator for Progi-Pac.

Christian Lambert, technical service

Christian Lambert, who has been working for us since 2001, is in charge of the technical service: computer sales and repairs, as well as giving technical support by phone.

Programming

François Gélinas, programmer

François Gélinas has been with Progi-Pac since 1999. He is in charge, mainly, of ARPAC.comm software programming, but also worked on the Phauto-Pak software for recyclers and participates in other projects.

Claude Limoges, programmer

Claude Limoges joined the team early in 2006. He helps out François Gélinas in the development of ARPAC.comm, but also works on other projects.

Pierre-Luc, technical support

Pierre-Luc joined our team in 2006. He started initially in the technical support department and now has joined our team of programmers.

David Richard, phone support / customer service

David Richard, with us since 2005, gives software related phone support and is also part of the customer service team. He also takes care of some programming tasks.

Customer Service

Angèle Rheault, customer service and secretarial work

Angèle Rheault has been with the company since its very beginning, in 1992. In addition to answering the phone, she is in charge of some problem files related to Phauto-Pak, and handles various other tasks.

Jessica McNicoll, customer service

Jessica McNicoll joined Progi-Pac in 2001. She answers the phone and handles many tasks related to Phauto-Pak, including ownership transfers and some problem files.

Cynthia Verette, customer service

Cynthia Verette has been with us since 2005. Like Angèle and Jessica, she answers the phone and handles tasks related to Phauto-Pak, notably vehicle liens and salvage requests via fax.

Pierrette Alain, desk clerk

Pierrette Alain, who joined our team in 2006, handles many clerical tasks and gives a helping hand to our customer service team.

Accounting

Nathalie Dupont, accounting

Nathalie Dupont has been with the company since 2003. Her university studies in administration are put to good use when handling part of Progi-Pac's accounting and human ressources.

Louise Reynolds, accounting

Louise Reynolds joined our team in 2006. She also handles part of the company's accounting, notably for Phauto-Pak.

Web Design

Émilie Blanchette, web design

Part of our team since 2001, Émilie Blanchette is in charge of web design, whether for our clients or our own company. She also has a hand in most page layouts, various presentations and other visual documents.
